Shipping to the Continental United States.
Ground orders will arrive within 3 – 7 business days once shipped. Please be aware that weekends are not considered.

  • Please make sure to include a phone number with your order to ensure a fast and efficient delivery
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information. This includes your phone number, name, address, and contact information for delivery. We do not ship any purchases item until we have received all required information.
  • Customer pickup at our location is available. There is no pickup charge, but contact Proven Auto Parts first to let us know when you can pick up your part. Local pickup is available between 8 am until 5 pm central time Monday thru Friday. There is no Saturday or Sunday pickup is available. Completed payment of your item must be made 24 hours before any pickup is made. No exceptions! All Minnesota residents will pay a 6.875% sales tax. Proven Auto Parts prides itself in customer service and is happy to help you with any issues that may arise in checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier.
  • Tracking information is sent at time of shipment in most cases. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact our staff at info@provenautoparts.com or 877-882-7250.

 

Returns

Proven Auto Parts understands that buying auto parts can sometimes be a difficult process, but we want to help make your shopping experience as easy as possible and with little or no hassle to you. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can provide assistance and get you and your vehicle are back on the road. If you have an item to return under our 36 month guarantee, you the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Proven Auto Parts. If the item you received was ordered in error or you decided you don’t want the item, it can be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the part in the good condition with the tamper proof sticker and/or stamping not tampered with. Upon arrival our customers service team will inspect the part, tamper proof sticker and/or stamp and issue the refund provide all conditions are met.
